Competitor analysis of grocery loyalty concepts

In Collaboration with BBH Stockholm Smicker has accomplished a competitor analysis for a major Grocery brand. The scope was to map and analyze the competitors’ loyalty programs and customer clubs on the Swedish market.
In addition, interviews with super users were conducted to gain insights and a reality check on grocery loyalty drivers.

The purpose of the competitor analysis was to give the best possible picture of how competitors work with their loyalty programs, what drives consumers loyalty and give guidance on how to design future loyalty concepts.
