Workshop with IRM at Smådalarö gård

Together with IRM we have evaluated the work we did last year including Positioning Strategy, Service design, Brand Identity and new Website. 

Despite 1.5 years of the pandemic we came to the conclusion that the strategy and positioning are still hold. IRM is clearly on its way becoming an obvious digital partner in the development and distribution of media revenues. 

During the workshop we also found some specific issues that could be improved and developed.
